Project Timelines
We aim to complete projects as swiftly as possible, but timelines are estimates and rely on your prompt responses to keep things on track.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel our services anytime. If content production has already started, we kindly ask for 30 days’ notice to wrap things up smoothly.

Late Payments:
To keep everything running smoothly, please note that invoices overdue by more than 30 days will incur a monthly late fee of 1.5%.

Work Ownership
Upon full payment for services, WR Digital Marketing transfers to the Client the copyright of the work described in this Agreement for the term of the copyright defined by law. WR Digital Marketing agrees that the services and products listed in this Agreement were specially commissioned by the Client as “works made-for-hire” (as that term is used in the Copyright Law of the United States).

Portfolio Use
We love showcasing our work! We reserve the right to display and link to your project in our portfolio and share our work in articles or books.

Client Content
By providing us with text, graphics, photos, or other materials, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All confidential information shared with us will be protected and only used for the purposes outlined in this agreement. Every WR team member has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
