We're looking for someone who is
and doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding to get things done.
even if responsibilities fall outside their normal job description.
Both in writing and verbally. We check in every week to see how we can better support one another — we’re looking for a team member who will communicate when they need help or are overwhelmed.
We see failure as a learning opportunity. “Failure doesn’t mean the game is over; it means try again with experience.” – Len Schlesinger
Our work is incredibly flexible in that you can do most of it anywhere and at any time, but much of it also comes with very clear and specific deadlines. We’re a married couple with two young kids, so we get that crazy things sometimes come up. However, it is vital that work gets done on time. We can always assign the work to another team member, but only if you let us know as soon as possible that there’s an issue.
Our Work Environment
We are a women-run agency focused on supporting women- and minority-owned small businesses.
We don’t look to assign blame — we work to find solutions together.
We’re a small business helping out other small businesses.
We embrace new challenges and take on clients across industries and locations.
We listen to our clients and to each other.
We set and enforce boundaries with clients, each other, and ourselves, require you to take time off, and prefer you rest when you are sick.
We get stuff done.
We give and expect kind honesty from each other and our clients.
We experience our clients’ ups and downs.
